Russian government scholarships

Description

The Russian government offers scholarships to international students every year. These scholarships are called "state-funded spots." In 2021, there were 18,000 such spots available.

If you get this scholarship, you'll get:

- Free tuition for your whole program
- A living allowance (this is money you get to cover your living costs while you study)
- A place to stay in a dormitory (if there's one available)

But, the scholarship doesn't cover:

- Travel costs
- Extra living expenses
- Health insurance
- If you're an international student and you're doing an internship or a program for extra training or career
development, you won't get a living allowance. But, you'll still get a place to stay in a dorm.

The deadline to apply for this scholarship is March 1, 2024.
